Session 4: Alleviate the pain in your “inner control room” and tame the Default Mode Network (DMN).

- How to deactivate the brain’s Default Mode Network (DMN) that causes chronic stress and leads to chronic pain.
- How to be aware of your stressors and deal with them effectively.
